As a non-profit organization we put care, quality, and communication first. Located in scenic Canton, Cherry Brook is convenient to all of northwest Connecticut and only a short drive from Hartford, as well as many of the area’s hospitals. Our 100-bed, skilled nursing facility, offers short term rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation and long term care.
